Mongolian Whole Roast Lamb

Not from a restaurant but an interesting story nonetheless. Bumped into a party while taking a stroll at Pennant Hills park. As I approached to take a photo of this whole lamb roast, I was offered a piece to try. Underneath the dry and flaky skin that tasted like tree bark lies one of the tenderest piece of meat I‘ve ever tried. The smell of various spices such as turmeric and paprika permeates the air, Very fortunate to have a taste of this Mongolian classic.
